					| I have to thank Mrs. Hunter for this one.  At our IDMD Christmas party, this was a great dessert.  Pretty easy to make -- tastes great and has a great "Wow" appeal in a glass dish.  This recipe can easily be doubled for a party.  Also, when we made it, we used all of the lower fat (or lite) varieties and everything still came out pretty tasty. |  |  |  |

					| Ingredients1 small package instant vanilla pudding    1 small package cream cheese - softened
 8 oz whipped topping
 1 lb Oreo cookies

					| Cooking DirectionsBreak the Oreo cookies into pieces. Prepare the pudding according to directions on package.
 Add whipped topping, cream cheese and pudding together.
   Using a hand mixer, mix together thoroughly.   Layer in a serving dish with the crushed Oreos on the bottom.   |  |  |  |
