I have always liked fried potatoes. I suppose these are like french fries, but are a better. Since I arrived in Korea, I always made these big (like in the pictures). I need to look at making them smaller to see if that works out better. These are simple to make and very tasty.
Ingredients
2 Large Baking Potatoes (or 1 potato per serving)
Season All Salt
Vegetable Oil
Other leafy spices (like oregano or basil)
Cooking Directions
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes.
Place in large ziplock bag and add salt and spices.
Heat oil (enough to submerge the potatoes).
Cook until brown (around 8 minutes).
Peel potatoes
Chop potatoes into cubes
Mix in season-all. I added a Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt also.
Toss in bag
Add to boiling oil. Cook for around 8 minutes (until golden brown)
Drain
Fried Potatoes
