Croutons

I never knew how easy it could be to make fresh croutons. I love these on my Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup, but they can be great with salads and other soups as well.

 

Ingredients

1 Loaf of French Bread
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons season-all
1 tablespoon garlic salt

 

Cooking Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the bread in half. Cut the halves into strips.  Cut the strips into cubes.
 
Place bread in mixing bowl.  Pour olive oil over bread.  Toss.  Pour season-all over bread.  Toss.  Sprinkle garlic salt over bread.  Toss.
 
Place bread on baking sheet.  Bake for 14 minutes.  Serve immediately.
